- Owners within Sandestin and individuals who do not own property at Sandestin and are under the age of 45 can qualify for membership.

- Only a $20 CART FEE to play Burnt Pine. Other guest charges will apply.
- ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ARE WELCOME as specified in the Club documents for social events. Unaccompanied guest privileges are not available.
- Members receive a 15% DISCOUNT on hard goods and 20% DISCOUNT on soft goods and Food & Beverage.
- Members receive “Weekly Reminders” and monthly newsletters from the Club.
- Unlimited access to BURNT PINE’S FITNESS CENTER.
$1,000 towards the full $13,000 must be paid each year on the month of their anniversary until it is paid in full or they reach their 45th birthday, whichever comes first. If $13,000 is not paid in full by the 45th birthday, the remaining balance must be paid or face suspension of membership until paid. If the membership is cancelled before the $13,000 initiation is paid, the balance must still be paid in full (this will be in writing and understood by both parties).

Food & Beverage Minimum - $600 Annually (January-December)
